Preparation of Blueberry Muffins:

  1. In large bowl, combine bran, flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, mix together eggs, buttermilk, oil and molasses.
  3. Pour egg mixture into bran mixture and stir to moisten.
  4. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Spoon batter into nonstick or paper-lined large muffin tins, filling almost to top.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
